This site and its contents are owned and operated by Apex Images.

Upon purchasing a reproduction licence for an image from Apex Images you may use the image only as specified by the licence obtained.

All images are copyrighted and the copyright belongs with the originator of the artwork or photograph in all instances.

The following is a legal agreement between you, the end user and Apex Images and controls the use of all images as supplied by Apex Images.

All rights to the image are owned by Apex Images and its suppliers.

All rights not specifically granted to you by a reproduction licence are reserved.

Our online thumbnail previews and our online low-resolution, watermarked images are free for viewing and internal "test" and layout purposes only,�they cannot be used for publication.

Your right to use the image is subject to the restrictions as specified in the reproduction licence and is conditional upon payment or agreement to pay prior to the use of the image.

With this agreement Apex Images grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable* right to use the image according to the details in the reproduction licence only.

You may not, under any circumstances use images supplied by Apex Images in a website template or any template or design sold individually or as part of an archive or catalogue collection, or an automated shopping system.

*Non-transferable, means that the work you produce using Apex Images images must be for your own use, or for the use of your direct employer, client or customer, who must be the end user.

Apex Images requests a credit reading "copyright � Apex Images" to appear adjacent to the image or in an obvious credits page or screen.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to use, any picture reproduced without a copyright notice or credit line will be subject to a reproduction fee.

You may not sell, rent, loan, give, sublicense or otherwise transfer to anyone the image or the right to use the image (except as allowed by this agreement) and no product shall grant or purport to grant any third party a right to use or duplicate the image.

The images must not be presented in a downloadable or FTP format.

The images must not be made available separate from your project or website.

Pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful use of the image is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold Apex Images harmless against any damages or liability of any kind resulting from the use of the image other than permitted by this agreement.

You accept that Apex Images supply the images "as is" and that Apex Images makes no warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose, type or quality of image or compatibility with any other facility.

Apex Images shall not be liable for any damages, resulting from direct, indirect, consequential or incidental use, or inability to use the image.

In the case of printed works, two copies of the relevant pages containing any image supplied by Apex Images are to be furnished by the client free of charge within two weeks of publication.

In all other media, evidence of use must be made available as requested.
